Portuguese Quality Analyst

Responsibilities :

  • Guarantee the achievement of quantitative and qualitative recording objectives

  • Monitor and evaluate the processing quality and the compliance with customer relations standards

  • Detect calls with the specified requirements

  • Participate in the control and validation process of quality grids

  • Provide productivity reports and KPI trends to the Support Teams Managers

  • Ensure the accuracy of ratings and reduce any discrepancies

  • Debrief tappings, feedback or process errors issued by the client

  • Coach, support advisors on processes, call quality

 

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree is a plus

  • Experience in a contact center or customer service environment

  • Native in Portuguese language and fluent in English 

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar position

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care

  • Self-motivator and self-starter

  • Focus on quality and customer service

  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills

  • Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company

  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment 

  • Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
