We would like to bring you on board as our HR Business Partner to develop the HR strategy of Webhelp Greece. 

 

Responsibilities :

Your mission at Webhelp 

As an HRBP, you will have a great impact on the growth of our business through your expertise within talent management strategy, career development, employee relations and workforce planning.

What you will be doing at Webhelp 

As our HR Business Partner, you will oversee the following processes:  

Employee selection 

  • When necessary, you will validate candidates  

  • Ensure a complete and correct understanding of the Employment Contract, Internal Regulation and the list of benefits 

  • Monitor the recruitment needs and act as a liaison between the recruitment dept and PM/DP 

Onboarding  

  • Make sure that the onboarding process is fully respected: SAI, FIM. You are not going to deliver training sessions, as your input is to facilitate the process 

  • Ensure that the onboarding process respects both quantitative and qualitative KPIs (BFI) 

Employees support and motivation  

  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related matters: payroll and HR administration, staffing, training, questions about payslip, procedures, vacations, expats accommodation 

  • Communicate HR campaigns and any other specific actions on assigned projects (E.g.: employee referral campaign) 

  • Keep in touch with advisors and managers to determine the causes of TA/TO and make improvement proposals 

  • Make sure the Professional Development Interviews are held (you may also conduct them) and act on the employees’ wishes regarding mobility and professional development 

  • Collect employees’ questions regarding HR policy, motivation, training and answer/solve them 

  • Manage requests regarding HR tools: Iris, Benefit, Talentsoft, Colleague Call Center, Predictive Analytic, etc 

  • Participate in disciplinary commissions 

Identifying potential 

  • You will identify high-potential talent and employees that wish to be promoted and manage the Assessment Centres (AC) 

  • You will ensure that candidates are going through the AC preparation programme 

  • You will make sure that after an AC, both successful and unsuccessful candidates go through training: the successful ones in order to be prepared for the new position, the unsuccessful ones in order to be prepared for a future AC. 

  • Identifies employees' needs and mobility wishes, keeps track of them and looks for appropriate solutions 

Employee retention 

  • Keep in touch with advisors and managers to prevent  

  • Seek for solutions to prevent TO in collaboration with managers 

Employee exit 

  • Conduct exit interviews  

  • Stay in touch with employees that quit the company (at least 3 months after their leaving) 

 

Requirements :

What we are looking for 

 

We’ll be a great match if you: 

  • Have 5+ years in BPO in an HR Business Partner Role  

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written   

  • Are able to coach, influence, and partner with various levels of employees 

  • Have a proven track record within the HR function: succession planning, org design, recognition programs, talent management, communications, and change management
