Role Overview:

Resolving customer queries/ concerns/ enquires regarding Adidas products. Using multi-channels to converse with the customer. Be able to cross and upsell additional Adidas products
Agents need to have a professional approach, building rapport and driving first call resolution.





Responsibilities :

  • Handling calls from customers who have ordered or bought an Adidas product/s

  • 40% of calls will come from customers who have ordered via e-commerce channels

  • Resolving concerns/queries regarding deliveries, returns, refunds

  • Handling calls from customers calling various stores and supporting on queries regarding product availability

  • Assisting with ‘click and collect’ orders

  • Ensures timely and accurate resolution of customers’ problems at the first point of contact within agreed service levels

  • Establishes the customers’ needs to diagnose and resolve problems

  • Participate in ‘Commercial Conversation’ – be able to cross and upsell products against required targets

  • Ability to converse with the customer via multichannels (voice, email, social media)


Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of working experience in contact center or customer service environment

  • Fluent in German plus English

  • Strong written and verbal skills

  • High level knowledge of Windows/MS Office

  • Ability to work autonomously/independently

  • Strong Communication and Soft Skills

  • Flexibility
