Customer Service Advisor (Catalan or Galician or Basque Speakers)

City : Athens

Job : Customer Advisor

Resolving customer queries / concerns / enquires regarding Adidas products. Using multi-channels to converse with the customer. Be able to cross and upsell additional Adidas products Agents need to have a professional approach, building rapport and driving first call resolution.


Responsibilities :

  • Handling calls from customers who have ordered or bought an Adidas product/s
  • 40% of calls will come from customers who have ordered via e-commerce channels
  • Resolving concerns/queries regarding deliveries, returns, refunds
  • Handling calls from customers calling various stores and supporting on queries regarding product availability
  • Assisting with ‘click and collect’ orders
  • Ensures timely and accurate resolution of customers’ problems at the first point of contact within agreed service levels
  • Establishes the customers’ needs to diagnose and resolve problems
  • Participate in ‘Commercial Conversation’ – be able to cross and upsell products against required targets
  • Ability to converse with the customer via multichannels (voice, email, social media)


Requirements :

  • At least 1-year experience in a service environment/customer facing role

  • Experience in cross and upsell – (proven experience in a sales-oriented environment would be an advantage)

  • Native/Fluent in Catalan or Galician or Basque

  • Good level of English (B2)

  • Good computer skills (experience with any CRM tools is an advantage) 

  • Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave 

  • Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach

  • Strong communication, problem solving and active listening skills

  • Strong written skills 

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

  • Knowledge of sports industry and E-Com environment is an advantage

  • Advantageous of the applicant has a passion for Adidas as a brand, likes sports or participates in sports themselves and or likes Adidas as a fashion brand
